Flickr comes in for plenty of flak these days, but there’s nothing quite like stumbling upon a Creative Commons resource like the Swedish National Heritage Board’s stream. I’ve made an edit of some of the photos that caught my eye from the 1000 photos posted.

“The Swedish National Heritage Board are responsible for cultural heritage and historic environment issues in Sweden. Our public archives hold more than two million photos – including copy prints, glass plates and other negatives, slides and digital copies. The photos were taken over a period stretching from the later part of the 19th century until today.”
